Once your package is delivered to our US address before 1 PM, it is typically expected to arrive in Jamaica within 1 to
3 business days.
B&M is required to declare the contents and value of each package entering Jamaica through our service for customs purposes. If invoices are not provided, it may lead to delays at customs,
and there is a possibility that the customs officer may assign a higher value to your package.
Packages must be collected within 5 days of arrival to avoid storage fees. After this period, a daily storage fee of $200 will be applied, including holidays, until the package is claimed. Packages that remain unclaimed after 15 days will be considered abandoned and may be subject to auction. Additionally,
claimed packages that are not collected within a month may also be auctioned to recover freight charges and local clearance fees.
All packages that pass through Jamaica Customs are opened and inspected by customs officers to ensure that the contents match the invoice.
After inspection, packages are resealed with tape.
If a package's weight does not fall within the specified categories on the rate chart, it will be rounded up to the next weight category for billing.
For instance, a package weighing 1.2 lbs will be charged as 2 lbs.
When shipping TVs and other fragile items, please be aware that you do so at your own risk. One of our warehouse policies states that we do not inspect televisions,
which means we cannot confirm if they were damaged during transit by the carrier.
All invoices must be submitted before packages arrive in Jamaica for clearance. If an invoice is not submitted or is incomplete, the package will be held and will not be cleared until a complete invoice is provided.
In such cases, an administrative fee of 1000 JMD per trip will be charged for any additional services rendered.

nearest Knutsford location, phone number, and email address. Alternatively, you may schedule the delivery within the system.
Please note that same-day delivery requests must be confirmed by 12:30 PM at the latest. Any requests made after this time will be
scheduled for the following day.
Packages that lack the specified courier code in the address are classified as unknown packages. It is important to include all address information and the courier code to avoid
your package being marked as unknown. If a package enters unknown status, a fee of 500 JMD will apply. You will also need to provide the correct tracking number to remove
the package from unknown status. Please be aware that processing the removal of
packages from unknown status may take 1 to 2 weeks, after which they will be shipped on the next available shipment day. You will receive an email update once your package has been shipped.
If a package is stolen or misplaced while in our care and before any storage fees are applied, you will be refunded using the payment details provided at the time
of purchase or reflected in your bank statement. Please note that if the item was purchased at a discounted price, the refund will be for
the discounted amount rather than the original price.
